Half of Army’s Trucks are Duff
"MORE than HALF the Army's vital armoured vehicles in Afghanistan are "not fit for purpose".
Shock new figures leaked to The Sun reveal scores are out of action while being repaired or refurbished.
They include up to 180 crucial Mastiff and Ridgeback vehicles which ministers vowed would protect Our Boys from the growing threat of roadside bombs.
And just 358 of the Army's 653 lightly-armoured Snatch Land Rovers are serviceable."

So what's the point in our troops remaining in Afghanistan?
While our boys are are being killed and maimed in Afghanistan in a totally useless and unnecessary war plots are being carried out here at home.
Clearly we need to concentrate our efforts in routing out the potential terrorists in our own backyard.
Thanks to our present governments immigration policy it won't be easy but it has to be done.

LABOUR MP QUENTIN DAVIES: £20,000 EXPENSE CLAIM
TURNCOAT Labour MP Quentin Davies tried to claim more than £20,000 for work including renovating a bell tower at his country mansion, it emerged yesterday.
Mr Davies – a former Tory MP now minister in charge of defence equipment at a time when British troops complain they are being crippled by shortages – handed the expenses bill to Commons authorities in February this year. He wrote then that it was a “very exceptional” bill but “very essential”.
